Sluit een CD-ROM, Harddisk of Compact Flash (adapter) aan in je Amiga 2000
Deze Amiga 2000 IDE controller maakt het mogelijk een IDE harddisk, of via een CF-2-IDE interface een compact flash card te gebruiken op je amiga 2000.
Ook is het met deze Amiga 2000 IDE controller mogelijk een Atapi CD-ROM drive in je Amiga 2000 te gebruiken.
De AT-Bus 2008  is nagebouwd door Matze van het A1k.org forum, met toestemming van de oorspronkelijke ontwerper en bevat de officieel verkregen firmwares, is volledig Autoconfig en Autobootend.

 

Nieuwe Revisie Amiga 2000 IDE controller, PCB versie 0.2a

Het originele ontwerp zoals gedaan door Matze, had in mijn ogen een paar hebbelijkheidjes.
De grootste en meest vervelende was wel dat de kaart zonder problemen verkeerdom in het slot gestoken kan worden.
Ondanks dat er duidelijke en front en back opstaat is dat meerdere keren gedaan door mensen.
Ik heb het PCB aangepast en voorzien van een 3D geprinte slotguide die het duidelijker maakt hoe de kaart geplaatst dient te worden, en de kaart ook nog eens goed op zijn plek houdt.
Verder is het silkscreen aangepast en zijn een aantal componenten verplaatst, dit om assemblage van de kaart gemakkelijker te maken.

De Alfa Data AT-BUS 2008 (Clone) voorziet verder in een dual config mogelijkheid, en kan dmv een schakelaar / Jumper gebruik maken van een dubbele BIOS in een enkele EPROM.
de meest gebruikte combinatie is de standaard Alfa Data AT-BUS 2008 (Clone) rom versie 6.10 gecombineerd met de Oktapussy Rom , die een aantal extra voorzieningen heeft (verbeterde CD-ROM Support o.a.)

Voor Autoboot functionaliteit is minimaal Kickstart 1.3 benodigd, maar beter nog een 2.x of 3.x

Perfect, speedy IDE solution for a small price

I bought this for my Amiga 2000 and I use Octapussy mode (It contains 2 different BIOS ROMS in one EPROM) which works great with OS 3.1.4

On my 50MHz 030 it performs very nicely as well (2.8mb/s throughput!). Really great value for money!

AT Bus 2008 Clone review

I bought this card for my A2000 and it works perfectly. I was very surprised and pleased with the transfer speeds, almost 2,5Mbit/sec with just an 030 processor! Also communication with the seller was lightning fast and so was the shipping. Top class product and a very reliable seller, thank you very much!

Werkt uitstekend met mn pistorm 2k in mn amiga 2000.
Zowel hdd als cd rom. Ook met compactflash adapter.
